The Data Center Policy Institute is organized as a nonprofit,
tax-exempt charitable organization (tax identification number 41-3535658)
Our 501(c)(3) status is pending and we have not received our letter of
determination from the IRS.
Direct donations are not tax deductible until we receive a determination letter
granting status as a 501(c)(3) corporation. Upon such time
we receive that status, donations will be tax deductible retroactive to 1/12/2026.
